Dr Jonans Tusiimire is an academic pharmacist and researcher with over 15 years of work experience. He is the Deputy Dean Faculty of Medicine and Senior Lecturer at Mbarara University of Science and Technology (MUST). Professionally, he serves as Vice President of both the Pharmaceutical Society of Uganda (PSU) and the Commonwealth Pharmacists Association (CPA). As the chair of PSU’s Education and Grants committee, he leads the Society’s in-service professional development, career advancement, and pre-service training initiatives. A board member of Uganda’s National Drug Authority (NDA), Dr Tusiimire sits on the Committee on National Drug Formulary (CNF) among others.
