George is the Head of the Safety Monitoring Department at the National Pharmacovigilance Centre at the Food and Drugs Authority, Ghana. His interest is in strengthening pharmacovigilance systems and patients’ contribution to the safety monitoring of medicines and other health products. George has extensive knowledge of pharmacovigilance systems globally. He teaches pharmacovigilance and pharmacoepdimiolgy on a part-ime basis at the School of Public Health University of Ghana, Legon.
