She obtained her Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honors) degree from the University of Namibia and began her career at a health center before transitioning to the Namibia Medicines Regulatory Council (NMRC). Stephanie currently serves as a Pharmacist in the Inspection and Licensing Department under the Ministry of Health and Social Services, where she contributes to compliance oversight, regulatory enforcement, and the safe distribution of medicines.
