    Helali’s team, in the establishment of the National Pharmacovigilance Center as early as
    1994, and having worked at the CNPM since its official creation in 1998.
  • Head of the Pharmacovigilance Unit at the CNPM from 2005 to 2014.
  • Head of the Pharmacovigilance and Materiovigilance Department at the CNPM since
    2023 to date.
  • Specialist physician in clinical pharmacology at the Cardiology and Internal Medicine
    Departments of CHU Béjaïa from 2016 to 2021.
  • Associate Professor in Clinical Pharmacology at the Faculty of Medicine of Algiers.
  • Member of the Medicines Registration Expert Committee.
  • Participation as an expert in the WHO seminar in Lomé (Togo) in 2023 on AEFI
    consensus.
  • Member of the Medical Devices Approval Expert Committee.
  • Participation in the causality committee in vaccinovigilance since 2022.
  • Organization and participation in continuing training in pharmacovigilance,
    materiovigilance, and rational use of medicines
